Avery is now a big 1 year old. At her last dr visit she weighed in at 23lbs. Which means she didn't gain anymore weight since her 9 month visit. I figure she is keeping the weight off by talking so much. She likes to point and argue with the dog. We believe her two favorite words are "stop" and "no". Well she does hear those words from me most often. We are proud to say she had decided to give walking a try. But she has a 3-4 step max. Anything past that amount and she would rather crawl. We realized she didn't like all the clapping and attention when she would walk, so we basically have to pretend like it is no big deal (but mommy is clapping inside!). As for her lil bro/sister, it is growing big and strong. I am doing my best and hopefully with all my praying this one will be born under the 8lb mark.

Avery's new nickname is "wallwalker". She will walk through the whole house just holding onto walls and furniture. So cautious!

Avery Turns 1year !!!!

It's so hard to believe a whole year has passed already. She celebrated her first birthday with all her aunts and cousins. She loved getting presents but what she really was waiting for was the cake. We believe it may have taken less than 2 minutes for her to eat a pretty big piece of cake. She was definitely in a zone. Happy Birthday my Lil' Peanut Butter!
